Here's the spiffy little buildout on Legges Way, just before a bend and a junction. Last year: Note you are thrown on to the wrong side of the road just before a junction on the right (and you have to hope anyone emerging is checking left) and just before a blind bend.A couple of weeks ago the bollards got thoroughly smashed. There's a surprise.Not to worry though, I am assured by a senior traffic engineer that guidelines have been complied with, and if there's an accident the counci is thoroughly well covered as far as liability goes.Also it's OK, those bollards are designed to collapse when hit, so probably no-one's car was all that badly damaged.Edited by - Worried of Wellington on 01/08/2008 14:39:09
