Slight change to Telford Live : Telford Live

I've just changed the entry page from the directory to the main forum page, like it was yonks ago.I'd like to do a wholesale design change but I'm afraid there is just too much info to migrate easily. I'm also very wary of making big changes to the way the site works. I've seen that happen elsewhere and the difficulty people have getting to grips with the new way of working.Any thoughts?
