Ironbridge Cooling Towers to be lit up tonight
The towers have literally towered over the Buildwas end of the Gorge for just 60 years but appear to be considered part of the history of the region.
They are going to demolished in the next couple of months, but tonight, from 7pm, they will be bathed in light and illuminated as part of the Festival of Imagination.

I would like to know more about this Festival of Imagination. I have visited the Park numerous times between 12 noon and 7pm and there has been no one at the event during the week!
