"#clapforourcarers was amazing last week so we thought let’s make it a regular thing and congratulate everyone who is working so hard during this difficult time.

This week we’d like to mix it up and instead of clapping we are asking you to open your windows and doors, get out in the garden or on your driveways and sing ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ as this has been used nationally to represent this time in our lives.

If you don’t want to sing play the song on your phones or other devices or perhaps play a musical instrument.

We are of course recognising the amazing people who are working in the NHS but also every single key worker out there."
