Three wheeler pulled over in Ironbridge
This driver was clearly one wheel short of full set, and so was his Range Rover.
Pulled over by Telford Cops for driving on three wheels, he failed a roadside breath test by blowing 70mg, double the legal limit.
The wheel he was missing was located on the Wharfage, a mile from where he was stopped.
