Telford says Goodbye to Debenhams
The purpose built department store has been home to Debenhams in Telford since the early 1980s but today the doors were closed for the final time.
Staff applauded the customers
outside as the shutters came down in an emotional scene this afternoon.Debenhams are gradually closing all the stores since falling into administration last year and the new owner Boohoo are taking the brand online only.
