Would have been quicker to bomb the entire road and start again
It would have been better to resurface whilst partial road closures were already in place, rather than doing half a job and then closing it again a few weeks later.
It would also have been beneficial to have 24hr working, or at least a much larger workforce to get this project done, rather than dragging it out. The amount of times that I have seen no one on the job, machines idle for days on end, crazy!
There will be an incident in a matter of weeks and the road will need closing again.
