UPDATE: Road now open
Ongoing Police operation had blocked pedestrian and vehicular traffic to a busy Telford road.
The Armed Police are currently engaged in an unknown incident in Vineyard Road in Wellington. The public are unable to walk or drive down the road so expect delays and find another route.
