Snow and School Closures Start

A thin blanket of snow covers the ground in Telford and the first school closure has been announced.

Burton Borough have announced that the school is closed today; “All work will be set on Show My Homework so please check on there! Please be patient as we have some staff who travel long distances who may be stuck in snow.”

UPDATE: Newport Girls High School is also closed today.
