Another win for Telford champion

Elijah Everill, a kick-boxing champion from Telford took a first-round victory in Miami overnight at Combat Karate 39, a full contact martial arts discipline.

The Telford fighter took just 49 seconds to knock Rahul Bhowmick out in the contest which was streamed live from the USA overnight.

Having started training at the age of four, along with winning world titles, Elijah is also a coach, helping to train martial arts at his gym in Wellington.
