New restaurant brand chooses Telford

Southwater along with Trentham Gardens has been selected by Stone-based Parogon Group as launch sites for its new brand of restaurants.

You might be familiar with the Red House at Lilleshall which was refurbished and relaunched under the Parogon umbrella.

The new brand – Willow – will be serving breakfast right through to dinner and cocktails when it opens in September.

The site in Southwater was previously occupied by Flying Elephand and sits right under Cineworld.
