New venue for Southwater
Parogon Group, who run contemporary restaurants throughout Staffordshire, Shropshire and Cheshire has announced the launch of a second Willow location in Telford this September. Following the success of the first site in Trentham, guests can expect an exciting offering of Mediterranean-inspired dishes, atmospheric interiors and al fresco dining. In anticipation of the upcoming launch, Willow invites guests to sign up for updates on its website to receive a complimentary drink during the opening months.
Popular Mediterranean all-day dining venue, Willow, will officially be coming to Telford later this year. Set to open in September 2024, the concept provides the perfect setting for relaxed days and upbeat evenings. This will also be the restaurant’s second location and marks the start of an exciting expansion for the brand. To celebrate the upcoming launch, Willow invites guests to sign up for updates on its website to receive a free drink of their choice in the first three months of opening.
Willow is part of leading restaurant provider, Parogon Group’s successful portfolio of restaurants and beloved establishments. Founded in 2007, the group has multiple venues across Staffordshire, Cheshire and Shropshire, including The Swan with Two Necks and most recently, The Orange Tree in Congleton.
The new Willow promises a vibrant, all-day dining environment with a Med-infused menu to offer a fresh new style of dining out. Fitted with high-quality interior design, the restaurant is a bright and airy space by day that transitions to a softly lit, upbeat venue in the evening. Following initial success from the Trentham-based restaurant’s daily, high footfall and fast-growing popularity with the local area, Parogon Group are ready to launch this concept in Shropshire.
The brand-new Telford restaurant will have designated spots for drinking, dining and lounging, offering the perfect all-day hang out amongst beautiful surroundings. The wide-ranging menu will consist of fresh, cooked-to-order dishes inspired by the Mediterranean coast, along with barista-quality coffee and handcrafted cocktails.
Menu items include delicious daily breakfast/brunch dishes, lunch choices consisting of freshly prepared salads and specials, an all-day main menu, a variety of desserts, cakes and pastries, as well as an unmissable Sunday lunch menu. The restaurant’s cocktail menu ranges from all the classics, spritz’s, sangrias and of course, Willow’s signature ‘Taste of the Med’ list to reflect the flavours of the Mediterranean.
Once opened, Willow will also have an ongoing calendar of events and promotions, including regular live acoustic music, which guests can keep up to date with via their website or on socials (@willowrestaurants).
