Emotional tribute to Telford Mum
Lee Ellis, a local charity fundraiser and artist, shares the video of a moving tribute to his Mother in a Telford Wood.
The Apley Pipers bagpipes echo in the mist of Apley Woods, where Lyn Ellis ashes lie.
Lee told Telford Live! “Mum passed away two years ago and had lived in Telford for over 20 years after moving from Scotland.
“We used to walk around Apley Woods when we were kids so we had mum’s ashes laid under a tree thanks to the lovely people at Friends of Apley Woods.
“Earlier this year, whist visiting the tree we heard Stuart playing the pipes and he kindly came over and played at the tree as he practices in Apley.”
