Fire and Rescue Service called to Telfords biggest charity shop

The British Heart Foundation shop which hasn’t even opened yet, had a visit from fire crews in the early hours of this morning.

According to the logs, an alarm was reported coming from the ground floor shop unit in Southwater.

Crews carried out external investigation with no sign of smoke or fire before security reset the main fire panel.

The 21,000sqft British Heart Foundation Store in the old Wilkos, is being readied for opening this Winter.
