Were you caught up in the traffic yesterday?

This BWM (not an EV) caught fire along the M54 yesterday afternoon and three fire engines attended to extinguish the flames.

At one point there was a 50 minute delay to traffic heading towards Shrewsbury as traffic was stopped for a time. This also led to an increase in traffic on other routes as they tried to avoid the incident.

Some commenters on Telford Live asked questions about the planned relocation to Shrewsbury of the A&E hospital facility, in relation to the accidents and vehicle fires along this road.
