Back to Telford for TV show
Homes under the Hammer is back in Telford and this time, it’s a property in Furnace Lane, Trench that has caught the eye of producers.
The house recently sold at auction, and Homes under the Hammer presenter, Martin Roberts was spotted outside.
The show has run for 27 series and it follows property developers from first buying a propery at auction, through the problems of preparing the property for renting or flipping.
The first visit shows the warts and all of the property, and an interview with the new owners to understand their plans and their budget.
The second visit takes place as the work completes and the owners take the presenter on a tour, and explains the issues they had and how much they spent.
It’s not the first time the show has featured property in Telford. There have been around 15 homes in Telford featured over the years, the last time was in 2017.
