Whisle-tone and Whine: The sound that's driving you crazy

The last thing anyone needs during lockdown, is something else to annoy. Partners breathing too loudly? Eating crisps and can't hear the TV? Well now there is something else to get on your nerves.

A high pitched whistle or whine can be heard in the Stirchley & Brookside areas of Telford tonight, Easter Sunday, when most factories and places of work are closed.
