A local bingo hall has appeared on a commercial estate agents website marked as confidential.
The site at Southwater is on the market to rent for an eyes down & watering quarter of a million pounds a year to include the Mecca Bingo and the entrance by the Bowling Alley underneath.
The bungling agents, who clearly don't know how the internet works, lists close neighbours such as Nandos and Pizza Express. They have also mentioned Wagamamas, although the nearest restaurant is 30 miles away in New Street, Birmingham. If only they knew how the internet works.
At the top of the listing, placed just before lockdown, the agents have stated that the listing is confidential, so please don't tell anyone. You ain't seen me, right?
