Telfords own Paralympic champion, Mickey Bushell MBE is on a mission to encourage wheelchair users to become more physically active.

This FREE 8 week training programme has just been launched and Mickey told Telford Live! : “It’s a community project to improve the health and well-being of wheelchair users in the local area.”
