Are you ready for Telford’s biggest charity shop?

The site has been empty for over a year, but it’s due to open with new tenants, but pre-loved stock filling the 21,000ft2 of space.

The British Heart Foundation (BHF) are taking over the old Wilkos store at Southwater to turn it into a charity megastore with a focus on home and fashion, including electricals. BHF already have a store in New Street, Wellington but not close to this size.

A BHF spokesperson told Telford Live! “the existing store will be unaffected by the new shop.”

The charity funds over £100 million of lifesaving research into heart and circulatory diseases each year.

The store is due to open this winter.
