Telford wakes up to snow

A covering of snow  blankets Telford, and it’s still coming down.

This photo from Eliot Davies shows how much snow was falling at arount 4am this morning on the A442 through Telford, so please be careful if you are taking your car out this morning. 

As of 7am, there are no reported bus services cancelled or schools closed due to the weather.

At least one Trasport for Wales train has been cancelled due to snow preventing staff getting in on time, so please check if you are travelling this morning.
