Panda MOT extinct

West Mercia Police Brookside Safer Neighbourhood Team responded to concerns from residents about a car that was being driven with no tax and an expired MOT.

This morning following checks it transpires that the discovered that the MOT on the yellow Fiat Panda ran out in March 2024, and as a result this vehicle was seized. Without a valid MOT certificate, you are unable to tax a vehicle.

Police said “Please ensure that if you are the registered keeper of a vehicle that it is taxed, insured and has a valid MOT.”
